Housewife-less Household Meal Plan

Nikki, the housewife.
While my mother is away for the week, she has left it as my duty to make a healthy and nutritious dinner each night. Since my father works a full twelve hour day and comes home around 7 30 hungry as can be, it is my job for the time being to make the dinner for my him and myself. Here is a schedule of the pre arranged meals that my mom and I have organized to be on the menu:


Monday:
Veggie Burgers and fries
Follow french fry instructions, this requires time(phone)
Prepare the BBQ
Set up a plate of burger condiments (lettuce, tomato)

Tuesday:
Pasta and Salad
Boil water and cook pasta
Chop some garlic(2 cloves) and tomato and basil
Put garlic in the big skillet with olive oil
Sautee lightly, add tomatos
Add in pasta along with the basil and (optional) goat cheese
Make garlic toast
Make either green salad or caeser

Wednesday:
Burritos and chopped carrots
Heat up refried beans and make mexican rice (bits of tomato)
Set out plate of lettuce, tomato, sour cream, shredded cheese and sala.

Thursday:
Perogies and salad
After soccer practise, put on water to boil and cook perogies
Fry up onions and then add cooked perogies
Prepare a salad, either green or caeser

Friday:
Chilli or pre made indian with salad
Heat up chilli or boil water and stick in indian food pouchs
Make garlic toast
Prepare either green or caeser salad

Saturday:
Order in! :D
