Since the beginning of March I have played on the Seycove Secondary Badminton Team. After playing three years in a row only to find myself at a different school this year, the school's badminton coach called me to ask if I could play seniors doubles on their team.
Badminton being a very high endurance demanding sport, I began my training twice a week, with two games a week. Practices are 3 hours long, and games consist of two sets, each set has two or three games.
This picture is me in defense mode. Notice how I am on the balls of my feet for speed, and my arm is raised to be ready for the birdie.
