Rhythmic Movement PE Project Part 1

Lowering myself
In full push up position
Leaping with arms overhead
Part one
Rhythm
In these three photos I am demonstrating a burpee to the beat of a song. A burpee consists of five parts:
-Begin in a standing position.
-Drop into a squat position with your hands on the ground.
-Kick your feet back while lowering yourself without a pushup.
-Return your feet to the squat position while straightening your arms.
-Leap up as high as possible from the squat position with your arms overhead (you may not clap your hands above your head at the peak of your jump).
The burpee is a full body exercise that is used in strength and stamina training. I utilized this exercise to the timing of music since their are 5 continous steps that can be synced to the beat of a song.
