Rhythmic Movement PE Project Part 2

Setting up for a front roll

Following through with the front roll

Setting up for the backwards roll.

Part two
Agility
Agility is the power of moving quickly and easily, which are two skills I am demonstrating in the three pictures. In the first two I am doing a full front roll, whereas in the last picture I'm performing a backwards roll. The art of floor rolls  is a very complex one because of putting the full body pressure over your head and neck. The trick to backwards roll is pushing with the arms more than allowing yourself to roll over one side of the head, a common error. When doing a forward roll should you have to tuck your head down while pushing with your legs. It is also noted that you should keep some weight supported with the arms, as to not put too much pressure on the head/neck.
