Rhythmic Movement PE Project Part 4







Flexibility
In the top photo I am touching my toes, a skill that I have just recently aquired and am still constantly practicing. With stretches like these, it's important to frequently practice in order to keep up flexibility.

In the bottom photo I am performing a torso twist,
an exercise that targets the core muscles and abs. It also pulls the muscles along my back, increasing my flexibility.
