Strength
These two exercises require me to hold up my body weight, strengthening my core and my muscles. In the first two photos I am doing a sit up, a personal favourite because it targets the ab muscles, making them look much more toned. In the second two photos I am doing a push up, one of my least favourite exercises because of the strain on the back that it causes.
